The major selling point of the Cafe Marly is a stunning view of the Louvre pyramid. Amid the noise and confusion of the tourist-oriented cafes surrounding the Louvre and occupying most of the Rue de Rivoli, Cafe Marly is an island of elegance and, inside at least, of peace. The cuisine is not exceptional, but simple and good, like the Caesar salad or the salmon.
