The tiny stone-walled boutique serves as the Paris outlet for the range of duck-based delicacies made on the rural farm of Catherine and Paul Douy. Lining the walls are jars of fresh duck confit, duck rillettes, duck in sauerkraut and classic duck foie gras. All products, the manager Eve Juskov points out, are entirely hand made by the Douys.
